Celebrate with Checkers!

Kyalami Corner has been selected as one of the venues for the prestigious Checkers Annual National Divisional Managers Conference tour on Wednesday, 7th of August. This year’s theme encompasses Rapid Growth and Acceleration, which resonates deeply with Kyalami’s heritage where shoppers will be treated to an array of adrenaline-pumping supercars, F1 simulators and thrilling displays from some of their renowned suppliers. Visit the Centre to be part of this exhilarating festivities.

Brace yourself for the Kyalami Corner Midrand Striders Race!

The Kyalami Corner Midrand Striders marathon is finally here! The race taking place this coming Friday, in commemoration of Women’s Day, will commence from 6:30 AM on Begonia Road and finish at 11:00 AM on the upper level. Patrons are urged to be mindful of the traffic in and out or around the shopping centre. There will be designated parking areas for runners, and residents will be permitted access assisted by the Johannesburg Metro Police officials on affected roads. Interested individuals can visit race registration to participate.

Woodrock Puppy Adoption on Women’s Day

Get ready for a heartwarming experience with adorable pups waiting to make your day or become part of your family as Woodrock Animal Rescue will be hosting a Puppy Adoption Day just outside the Cat Café from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Women Connect at Doppio Zero: On Friday, 9 August, Doppio Zero Kyalami Corner will host Women Connect, a platform for women owning or operating businesses, regardless of size, to connect, socialize, and find inspiration. Tickets are R350 per person, including breakfast. Bookings can be made by emailing kyalami@doppio.co.za.

Urban Wildlife Talk presented by Friends of Free Wildlife

Kyalami Corner in proud association with Free Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre would like to invite you to our fascinating talk by CEO Margi Brocklehurst on Urban Wildlife on Wednesday 21st August at 6:30pm at Jacksons. Tickets are R250 each and all proceeds will go to Free Wildlife to further their important work. The talk will give a glimpse into the lives of our urban indigenous animals, how their habitats are affected, how they adapt and the dangers they must deal with daily. Speaker Margi Brocklehurst, who is also the CEO and a founding member of Free Wildlife and a veteran wildlife rehabilitator of more than 30 years, will have lots of stories to tell, some heartbreaking and some amazing rehabilitation recoveries and special releases to share.
