HoH History Made, Heated Nominations and More Fire This week on #BBMzansi

This week in the Big Brother Mzansi Lali house, the housemates embraced a taste of farm life, fully immersed in the simple, unplugged rural experience. Already cut off from the fast-paced outside world, Big Brother dialed things up even further with a back-to-basics weekly theme.

Big props to Jojo for making history as the first female Head of House of Season 5! She snatched the crown from Swiss after a wild snail-race challenge and a nail-biting game of chance that had us all on edge. Now at the helm, Jojo is calling the shots and all we’re saying is, There will be signs!

As expected, Monday’s nominations brought major tension. The “bandana” crew, Ezra, Luzuko, Sipha Lee, and Swiss are all up for eviction this week, alongside Nate, Nsuku, and Uyanda. Flexing her HoH power, Jojo saved Mandy Hagan, but no one was put up in her place. Talk about a strategic play!

Despite their differences, housemates know one thing unites them, and that’s winning the wager challenge. Even Ash-ley Ogle and Mshini, who are usually at odds, set aside their beef to work together. Meanwhile, Sipha Lee had a tender moment, planting a cheeky kiss on Nsuku’s head.

Biggy turned up the heat with the freeze challenge, only for the ninjas to come in and clear out their food! Luckily, they were given ingredients to cook from scratch, perfectly aligning with this week’s theme, the Lali life is the ultimate soft life!

With shifting alliances and the wager hanging over their heads, housemates are pulling out all the stops to secure that win. This week has been nothing short of unpredictable!
