South African Veteran Artist Sheron Unveils ‘Goodbye My Love’ – A Journey Through 25 Years of Love, Loss, and Self-Discovery
Renowned South African alternative rock artist Sheron is set to release his album Goodbye My Love on Friday 28 March. This eight-track collection takes listeners on a heartfelt journey through 25 years of love, loss, healing, and self-discovery. Blending alternative, rock, indie pop, and even a surprise hip-hop-infused track, the album delivers a powerful and emotional experience.
Sheron states,
“This album represents my personal journey through hurt, love, loss, and healing over the past 25 years. It reflects how I’ve processed my pain and emotions, as well as my growth – as a partner, a man, a lover, and as a musician and songwriter. After this, I will never write another song about a failed love story again.”
The music video for his song Need You amplifies his emotional depth, visually capturing the essence of loneliness, nostalgia, and the search for closure. Shot with an atmospheric aesthetic, the video brings Sheron’s storytelling to life in a way that is both moving and visually stunning.
