High school sweethearts become Mr and Mrs on The Wedding Bashers!
This week on M-Net’s popular original series The Wedding Bashers, the sprightly Bashers continue their search for a winning South African wedding. On Sunday (11 November), the foursome head to sunny Pretoria to join in on the rustic-farmyard festivities of high school sweethearts, Bianca and Juan.
The young lovebirds met about seven years ago through mutual friends, got engaged at the beautiful Lone Creek Falls in Mpumalanga and are now expecting their first child together. Bianca and Juan, who fell in love at first sight, have excitedly been planning their Big Day for over a year now.
Bride-and-mother-to-be Bianca had always dreamt of saying I do in a fresh-forest-setting and the elegant Del A Mas venue in the Jacaranda city met all her expectations. Satisfied with the venue of her dreams, Bianca has left all the DIY wedding planning in the capable hands of her beau, Juan, who is not allowing anyone to see the décor beforehand – a brave call according to Décor-guru Zavion!
On top of the décor being a huge surprise, the Bashers are also surprised with unique elements such as an Easter egg hunt, funky chickens, dodgy peanuts and even dodgier canapes! But it’s the strict drinking rules that grab Denise’s attention – how will she get out of this one? And with the canapes already setting the tone for the culinary spread of the day, how will food-expert Zola cope with participating in her favourite sport at the reception?
It is sure to be an interesting celebration for the Bashers! But will this unique farmyard jol be unforgettable or one to forget? Tune in to catch all the action!
