Travel with Retha & Tshepi’s Flavour Passport this week on MKRSA

Globetrotting besties Retha and Tshepi bring a little international flair to their Instant Restaurant on this week’s episode of My Kitchen Rules SA (Sunday 3 October, 18:00 on M-Net Channel 101). The high-energy duo will be looking to top Karen & Tenille (61/100) and Nevi & Craig’s (64/100) scores with their ‘Bucket List Menu’ – a mix of wanderlust-inducing dishes.

A friendly rivalry about who’s the Head Chef and who, the Sous Chef, is settled as they apply their individual expertise to the various courses. David and J’Something are intrigued by their menu, with David admitting a gap in his food knowledge, saying that he wouldn’t know one of the courses if it stood up on his plate and danced for him!

Nevi described some of last week’s scores from their fellow contestants as ‘strategic’ – will that come into play again, as we reach the Table 1 halfway point? More and more dietary restrictions are coming up as we progress each week, with Retha & Tshepi having to work out variations on their carefully-planned menu to satisfy their fellow contestants’ needs. With R1 million up for grabs, it’s still all to play for on this week’s episode of My Kitchen Rules SA.

My Kitchen Rules SA will be available on DStv Premium on M-Net (Channel 101) from Sunday, 19 September at 6pm as well as live streamed on the DStv App, and on DStv Catch up through the DStv App or DStv Explora.
