A Food Scientist and a Food & Wine Consultant walk into a kitchen…
Food & Wine Consultant Izak and Food Scientist Wessel are the final duo to present their Instant Restaurant on this week’s (21 November, 18:00 on M-Net Channel 101) episode of My Kitchen Rules SA – and their fellow contestants will be holding them to a high standard.
Izak’s experience of living, eating and cooking in Italy and Wessel’s technical know-how – combined with the deep passion for and understanding of food that they share – means that the judges and fellow contestants are expecting a culinary tour de force. Their formidable knowledge and technique have wowed their family and friends – but will the pressure cooker environment of the MKRSA kitchen get to them?
Lebo & Lesego currently sit at the foot of the table with a score of 53, behind Bernadette & Shaleeni (59), KB & Nadia (60) and leaders Stella & Jeff (61) – meaning that the globetrotting food-besties need to score 54 or more to progress to the second round.
