Holiday Season I heart Markets

The ever-popular artisanal I heart Market will be open for three days during the holiday season on 7, 14 and 21 December at Northlands Primary School, 20 Gleneagles Drive, Durban North to enable shoppers to do their much-needed gift-purchasing for Christmas.

Market Manager Tanith Moliere says:

“While online shopping offers convenience, there’s something truly special about supporting local businesses during this festive time of year, and  what better place to start than at I heart Market. Buying locally created products, or products from local traders has such enormous benefits for the local economy and small businesses, and one is pretty much guaranteed great quality products, and good customer service.”

With an enormous array of creative, homegrown goods, I heart Market is redefining the joy of gift discovery. With three consecutive markets in December, shoppers should be sure to find a perfect gift whether it be an unique handmade craft masterpiece, décor, unusual Christmas decorations, jewellry, accessories, distinctly South African items, or a one-of-a-kind keepsake fashion item.

“This is one way to celebrate conscious-gifting this Festive season and don’t forget that alongside the shopping experience, you can indulge in a mouth-watering array of food in the food court, as well as craft gin and beer in the garden,” enthuses Tanith.

Families can enjoy a relaxing day out together, with a dedicated, supervised play area for the little ones, ensuring everyone has a great time.  Most of the market is housed in an air-conditioned hall, which makes shopping in the warmer weather much more comfortable, come rain or shine. There is also ample parking with car guards.

Makers and food vendors can apply here.

Interested traders can contact the market at info@iheartmkt.com or use the online application form.

For those with little ones in tow, the Market has a dedicated kids’ play area complete with a pram park, ensuring a stress-free experience for both parents and children. The School Hall is equipped with air conditioning, guaranteeing a comfortable visit rain or shine.

There are designated areas for parking within the school grounds and precinct monitored by security guards.
