DJ and producer, Sushi and Disney+ Drop Summer Anthem
Sushi.B and Disney+ Collaborate To Bring Soundtrack To New #DisneyPlusDezemba Summer Campaign
Disney+, the streaming service from The Walt Disney Company, and Sushi B, composer and producer, announced the release of an original track This is Dezemba in celebration of the streamer’s new #DisneyPlusDezemba campaign.
#DisneyPlusDezemba and This is Dezemba both embody the way South Africans uniquely celebrate the festive season, be it outdoors, at gatherings, with friends and family, with iconic music and entertainment. This is Dezemba will be the anthem for Disney+’s local festive campaign that sees the latest original series and movies being made available, such as Disney’s “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” and “Diary of a Wimpy Kid Christmas: Cabin Fever“, Marvel Studios’ “What If…?” Season 2, alongside holiday favourites including “Home Alone“, “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas” and “Die Hard“.
Amapiano aficionado, composer and producer Sushi.B drew inspiration from Disney+’s vast content library and the many use of trumpets in Disney+ soundtracks to produce the track, also referencing the “Disney+” pneumonic “click” sound. Coupled with his signature percussion beats, keys and chords, This is Dezemba promises to become a regular fixture on playlists this summer.
