Letting Go in The Single Wives SA – Episode 7 at 19:30
“How to release your past”
It’s time for the six single wives to look back and reflect on their individual journeys thus far. How much work have they done, and how do they feel now? Have they made progress and healed?
They’re also tasked to put the tools that they’ve learnt over the past few weeks into practice. They’ve experienced speed dating, went on a group date, and now it’s time for them to go on their first romantic formal dates.
This will give the couples an opportunity to talk about the big issues that may threaten to derail their futures. From all the dates that they have been on, who will each of the ladies choose, and can they let go and start anew?
More reasons to tune in:
- The power of journaling.
- Dear ex. The ladies revisit their letters from day one. What is a “dedding,” and what power does it hold?
- Angel lets go and has a breakthrough…
- The ladies come to terms with what they want and don’t want with their current relationships. Who will stay and who will go?
The Single Wives SA is produced by Black Swan Media and airs every Thursday at 19:30.
