Eight cooking teams enter round 2 of MKRSA this Sunday.
New Challenge, New Pressures
With the 10 Instant Restaurants wrapped up, the eight remaining duos face a new challenge in the second round of My Kitchen Rules SA this week (28 November, 18:00 on M-Net Channel 101), in a brand-new environment.
Table 1’s Brett & Aidan, Karen & Tenille, Retha & Tshepi and Nevi & Craig join Table 2’s Izak & Wessel, KB & Nadia, Bernadette & Shaleeni and Stella & Jeff face an entirely different type of pressure to the one they faced during the Instant Restaurant Phase. There’s little opportunity for meticulous lists and nowhere to hide as judges David Higgs and J’Something are able to watch their every move behind the stove.
Some of the duos struggled with timing in serving their three courses – but this time, they’re beholden to the clock and will have to down tools once the judges call ‘time’. Who will handle the pressure best and move closer to the R1 million prize this week?
