Who is the mysterious Jacques?
Last week on Die Brug, viewers were cryptically introduced to a new stranger, Jacques, but nobody has a clue about who he really is and what he’s been tasked to do.
At the end of episode three, we learnt that:
- People find his physical appearance intimidating, as their first impression is that he’s a rough guy.
- He acts on instinct first.
- The team needs someone of his calibre: a pair of strong hands, survival skills and leadership skills.
- Trust is a difficult concept for him.
- He believes only two things motivate people: pain and pleasure.
What we don’t know:
- Why has he been sent to join the players?
- Will he be a friend or foe?
- Will he contribute positively?
- How will the other players react to another curveball? And how will their leader, Avril, handle the threat he poses as the possible new alpha?
- And lastly, what is the contents of the ominous letter?
