Forget dark and stormy nights. Starbucks is making sure your days are full of smiles this Halloween with its fun new beverage, Sour Apple Frappucino; a limited-edition drink that’s also the perfect Halloween potion.
Leah McCrae, MD, Rand Capital Coffee, licensee Starbucks South Africa says:
“Everyone loves October: summer is in full swing, so there’s no better time to drink an icy, refreshing frappucino. More than, it’s also time for trick or treating fun.”

What’s more, Starbucks customers stand to win this Halloween with the #StarbucksTrickOrTreatSA challenge: simply purchase a Sour Apple Frappucino, post a photo or video in your Halloween costume or with your drink in hands, and tag #StarbucksTrickOrTreatSA. Prizes will be awarded to the best dressed customers, and those with the best pictures.
