Gotcha’s Garden On 4th Geek Gathering: A Celebration Of The Eccentric, The Geek, And The Culturally Curious

Introducing our Geek Quiz and Boardgames Challenge at this month’s Gathering.

After two successful gatherings in September and October, Gotcha Pizzeria, Yes Sir! Events, and Ke Ai are thrilled to announce its third Geek Gathering at Garden on 4th in Linden.

In the vibrant heart of Gauteng’s Linden, Garden on 4th is a haven of serenity amidst the urban buzz. Garden on 4th, a tranquil sanctuary, offers a mosaic of cozy coffee spots, an art haven, charming boutiques, and an array of eateries that cater to every culinary zealot.

This month expect a rendezvous of like-minded enthusiasts showcasing unique merchandise, entertainment, and more, plus we will be holding our first Geek Quiz and Boardgames Challenge.

Embracing the ethos of sharing this pocket of paradise with the greater Johannesburg populace, Daz Jalaser, the owner of Gotcha Pizzeria, joined forces with Franco Ferrarese, the maven behind niche ventures like Ke Ai and YES SIR! Events, to curate an exceptional gathering for kindred spirits.

This month’s gathering takes place on the 25th November 2023, and the next event will take place in 2024, dates to be announced.

Prepare for a day brimming with the resident Garden on 4th businesses, diverse stalls offering a treasure trove of delights, live music, and a palette of engaging activities, promising an exhilarating and festive day out.

About Gotcha Cafe Pizzeria:
Gotcha Pizzeria was started by restauranteur Goran Trajkovic in 2019 and developed its own following within the Linden community.

In 2021, Goran had an opportunity to return to Serbia and put the restaurant up for sale.

Former SABC News division specialist video editor, Daz Jalaser decided it was time for a career change, saw the potential in Gotcha and decided to take a leap of faith. As they say ‘The rest is history’.

Armed with great regulars and a loyal customer base – Gotcha Pizzeria has evolved into a great spot for locals including families, artists, and all pizza lovers whether its for a simple lunch or a special occasion.

Striving to produce great food backed by excellent service has only enhanced its reputation as a community favourite.

It’s now time to share our little Gotcha Community with the people from outside Linden.

Gotcha Cafe Pizzeria boasts a beautiful outside area to enjoy their delicious wood-fire pizzas and light meals along with drinks. Also check out their biltong shop where you can sample their popular honey-glazed beef biltong amongst other choices. There are also vegan and gluten free options on the menu.
