My Kitchen Rules SA Comes Home

Husband & wife duo Tim & Shereez kick-off the second round of Instant Restaurants

A new group of contestants will stake their claim for the R1 million prize on this week’s episode of My Kitchen Rules SA – starting with husband & wife Tim & Shereez from Gqberha.

Nervous about being the first duo to cook for a group of people they haven’t met yet – including judges David Higgs and J’Something – the couple aim to share a bit of their favourite family cooking with ‘food besties’ Abraham & Michelle; father & daughter Kirsten & Detlev; lifelong friends Shaeem & Mas-ud and sisters Tšepang & Refilwe.

Along the way, they’ll divide opinions about how a staple food dish should be prepared and almost bring a tear to David’s eye with a dish that takes him straight back to his grandmother’s kitchen.

Come 11 December, one of the 10 pairs of this season’s home cooks will walk away with R1 million!
