Disney Channels Holiday Club Headed To The Glen This Long Weekend
Looking for the ultimate holiday hangout for the family? Disney Channel (DStv Channel 303) and Disney Junior (DStv Channel 309) are teaming up to bring an interactive Disney Channels Holiday Club to The Glen Shopping Centre in Oakdene, Johannesburg from Thursday, 23 April to Monday, 27 April. Kids and their parents or caregivers are invited to experience a whole lot of fun this long weekend as they are invited to celebrate both channels and their amazing content and characters.
Disney Channel promises feel-good entertainment filled with music, adventure and friendship and, with the channel turning 20 years old in 2026, there are some extra special activities for fans to get in on the action! Disney Junior opens a world of imagination, stories and characters for viewers to enjoy, and youngsters and their families will be spoilt for choice!
The is no charge for entry and the young* (and young at heart) will be able to experience the magic of Disney’s storytelling in a number of ways:

- Dance Stage: Show off your moves to some of biggest Disney Channel hits
- Trampoline GIF Booth: Jump into the frame with friends for the perfect mid-air digital souvenir
- DC20 Shout Out Booth: A bright, bold space to share your special 20th birthday shout-out for Disney Channel
- Chill Zone: kick back, relax and catch some of Disney Channel’s awesome programs
Disney Junior zone:
- Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+ Fun: Complete with a slide and a ball pit for the endlessly energetic
- Web-tastic Wall: Snap a pic inspired by Spidey and His Amazing Friends
- Down to the wire: Test your steady hand with the Iron-Man and his Awesome Friends buzz wire game
- Crafty Corner: Stop by for some face painting inspired by your favourite Disney Junior friends.
- Disney Junior Family Lounge: A cozy viewing nook to catch up on favourite Disney Junior episodes.
- The activation space will also host a Toy Kingdom pop-up store where guests will be able to browse the latest Disney toys and games – from Lego® to brand-new Stitch product, now in store.
That’s not all! Kasie FM Live will be broadcasting from the Disney Channels Holiday Club on Saturday 25 April with presenter Napo Modise. On Sunday 26 April at 11:00, fans at the stand will be able to catch a special Disney Junior Facebook Coffee Morning Live with medical doctor, public health advocate and podcaster, Dr Katlego Seikane as she spends some sharing parenting insights and magical learning moments.
