Now On Stage At Theatre On The Bay: “Up On The Roof – The Carole King Songbook’

From the producers that brought you the hugely successful ‘Here’s To You – The Simon & Garfunkel Songbook‘ comes this year’s magical musical offering: Up on the Roof – The Carole King Songbook, now on stage at Theatre On The Bay until 21 October.

Renowned for her extraordinary contributions to the music industry, Carole King has left an indelible mark with her iconic compositions such as ‘You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman‘, ‘I Feel the Earth Move‘, ‘You’ve Got a Friend‘, and many more. This captivating musical journey through Carole King’s repertoire brings these beloved songs and many more to life.

This production features a cast of six multi-talented female performers including: Ashley Butcher (bass, guitar, ukulele), Louise Duhain (piano/keyboards), Angelica Hattingh (guitar), Sanli Jooste (cello), Neo Motaung (percussion) and Tiisetso Sefatsa (percussion), with musical direction by Wessel Odendaal.
