Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering any competition promoted by FootNotes Media (FNM), you hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• Tickets are only valid for the specified performance date and time.
• Tickets may not be upgraded, exchanged for cash or for an alternate date and time.
• The prize comprises a set of tickets only unless otherwise stated.
• We are unable to assist with bookings for additional tickets.
• Additional tickets may be purchased directly from the specific ticketing platform (subject to availability).
• The prize is not transferable, and lost tickets will not be replaced.
• Only one entry per email address will go into the draw. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• Entry into a competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• All prize winners are chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
• The judge(s) decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• Only the winner(s) will be contacted after the draw via email.
• Draws and email notifications are, where possible, concluded within 3 hours of the competition closing date and time.
• Failure to reply as specified in the winner email notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
• If you are unable to claim the prize as a winner please notify us as such so we can redraw another winner from other competition entries.
• Ticket collection will be communicated to the winner(s) after the draw and receipt of confirmation.
• If you claim the prize as a winner and for any reason find yourself in the unfortunate position of being unable to use the prize, we request that you notify FMN via email or WhatsApp (24 hours before the show date and time) to allow us the opportunity to redraw a new winner.
• If you claim the prize as a winner and fail to use the awarded prize or notify FMN, you will be automatically disqualified from entering any future competitions for a period of up to six (6) months.
• You may participate in our competition but if you have won a competition previously promoted by us within the past one (1) month, the computer will flag your entry to give new entrants a fairy opportunity to win.
• FNM reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, extend or terminate the competition at any time and without notice to the entrant.
• Each entrant warrants that they have the authority to allow FNM to use their personal information for purposes of the competition.
• Where the prizes are being provided by a third party, the personal information of the winners may be passed on to such third party for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment.
• Unless you have subscribed to our Competition Mailing List, your personal information is not kept after the draw.

• FNM reserves the right to update and/or amend Competition Terms and Conditions from time to time.
